Trust can’t be bought. It must be earned.
To earn the trust, you have to be successful.
To be successful, you need to be trusted.

To be successful & trusted, you need to be consistent. To be consistent, you have to do what you said you would do, how you said you would do it, by when you said you would do it.

Say what you mean,
mean what you say,
but
don’t just say it,
mean it.

Just Get Things Done

In every organization, you'll find people who are very good at pointing out problems. They're adept at explaining why things went wrong or why a solution is unfeasible.

However, the real game-changer is someone who steps up, regardless of the challenge's size, with a simple yet powerful statement: "Let me handle this." Adopting an attitude that says, "I've got this," makes you stand out.

Leaders take notice of those who tackle what's in front of them with confidence and skill. It isn't about chasing the high-profile project or best team to work with. It's often about, making your mark is about excelling at whatever task/project you're given.

Show that you're someone who delivers results, and you'll naturally attract attention.

Patience and Relentless Drive towards action

Patience for results, coupled with a relentless drive to take action on what's in your control because you are not getting any younger, if you have something pending on you, just finish it and move on.
