Trust can't be bought. It must be earned.
To earn the trust, you have to be successful.
To be successful, you need to be trusted.

To be successful & trusted, you need to be consistent. To be consistent, you have to do what you said you would do, how you said you would do it, and when you said you would do it.

Say what you mean,
mean what you say,
but
don't
can'tcan't
mean it.

Just Get Things Done

In every organization, you'll find people who are very good at pointing out problems. They're adept at explaining why things went wrong, or a solution is unfeasible.

However, the real game-changer is someone who steps up, regardless of the challenge's size, with a simple yet powerful statement: "Let me handle this." Adopting an attitude that says, "I've got this," makes you stand out.

Leaders take notice of those who confidently and skillfully tackle what's in front of them. It isn't about chasing the high-profile project or the best team to work with. Making your mark is often about excelling at whatever task/project you're given.

Show that you deliver results, and you'll naturally attract attention.

Patience and Relentless Drive toward action

Patience for results and a relentless drive to take action on what's in your control are essential because you are not getting any younger; if you have something pending, finish it and move on.
